My chair cushions were looking awful, even though I had spot treated and cleaned them many times. The cushions are not removable on my chair, unless you actually unscrew everything and take the chair totally apart. That's why I chose this product with the elastic and the covers worked perfectly with or without the ties on the bottom. I'm so happy with my new chair covers!The covers that came with the chairs when I 1st bought the set had begun to fade. I thought in order to revitalise the set, Iwould have to purchase new cushions, which meant, for me, custom bcuz options seem to be mostly generic. I never though about seat covers and when I came across this option I didn't expect much. I figured ... well you never know, maybe I would be surprised.. these covers look great, they are worth every penny.. if u can find a print that works for you, go for it.. I can't wait till Christmas so I can change them again to fit in with the holiday seasonse.. I am very happy with my purchase and will be making many more with themThese cover came fast, they were easy to install and I would definitely recommend them to other friends and family.It was so easy to put on I love it.Very happy with this purchase!I was able to use these without even unscrewing my seats. I just slid it over the seat and cushion. Easy to install and it gave my chairs an instant new look. For fun I even checked to see if it would fit on my office chair and it looked great!I have not had to clean them yet. So I can’t comment on that.I was expecting white color not baby yellow. Not to happyI LOVE these, my cushions were made special for my chairs but I hated the color (not picked by me) I to re do them was EXTREMELY expensive, so I ordered these….. they fit sooooo perfect. I highly recommend them. I’m going to order moreNow I do wish the fabric was a little thicker, I don’t know maybe I was just anticipating a different feel to the fabric but it’s pretty thin. I could see this being an issue for someone covering a darker old fabric with a lighter new one. I chose a darker slip cover to avoid this and to hopefully hide stains from my children a little longer. Because the fabric isn’t that thick I’m worried about how it will hold up to everyday use especially since myself and the kids are home all day so we eat all our meals here rarely elsewhere.Easy enough to install, for my chair a simple philips head screw driver and 30 minutes of my time. However pay close attention when you go to screw your cushion back on so that you don’t pierce the new fabric because again it is thin and I feel like it would start to rip and split up the seems if punctured(similar to a pair of tights when ripped). Learned this quickly on my first so the other 5 went smoothly.Overall very reasonable for the price and a quick project, may come back to update review if any issues arise after using them more.I thought I would have to by material but then I found these on amazon. My seats come off so easy to put on. I like the ties so they stay in place. The material is soft thin and stretchy so the seats fit back in place perfectly. The color is black and a cream color not white which I liked better.For this price I could change the color scheme. Plus they are washable.I purchased these covers, because my nephew had purchased some dark grey ones, which turned out to be from the same maker. His are much thicker fabric and sturdier constructed. He only got 2. These came in 6 to a package. The fabric is thin and stretchy, but it does feel soft. The print lies differently on each chair. The first 2 chairs we covered, we loosened the back screws and just worked the fabric over the corner and tied the strings over the wood as you see in the picture. Then we decided to fully remove the seat cushions, as recommended and put these covers on, but then the fabric covered the holes, so we couldn't screw the seats back on. The elastic caused the material to slip back over the hole, so we couldn't see it. Anyways, with great difficulty, we did manage to get one chair cover screwed back on with the fabric over the entire cushion and tying beneath it. Comparing the chairs, we found that the cover looked better on the chairs that we did not fully remove the seat. So we took the one cover that was fully on the seat cushion and did it like the other 2. We did the rest the same. You can see in the pictures, that the fabric puckers along the sides and in the front. It's not a good fit. If you had larger cushions, then it would be difficult to pull the elastic over the seat cushion. I am keeping these covers, only because they are for a cottage, where children will be coming in with wet/damp bath suits and sitting on them, or dropping food on them and it will be not too difficult to remove and throw in the laundry. The fabric is soft on bare legs, when wearing shorts. If this was for our home and dining chairs ... I would not find this acceptable and they would definitely go back. So depending on your purpose, and the look you want to achieve, I wouldn't recommend, unless you don't care, it's serving a function more than a look, as in our cottage. Then they'll work. You can see in the pictures that the pattern lines up differently on every chair. I also chose this pattern, because it kind of matches the pattern of our carpet beneath the dining table.Arrived quickly. I found them really easy to put on my chairs, nice and stretchy and the ties are strong enough so far. I had read a review about how there has to be a space at the back of the chair...100% there has to be or they wouldn't fit right. I've bought something similar and they wash well, I hang mine to dry. Nice bright colors...same as advertised.These came in a decent amount of time and I am really impressed! They are a cotton fabric with some stretch like a fitted sheet for your chair and it has strings on each side to tie underneath for a more secure fit. I had my husband take the seat off as they are were screwed into the chair and then I put the covers on and he put them back on for me. Both of us doing it took about 30 minutes so not bad for installing. I don’t have a before of my chairs but they were awful, old and ripped and these really made it look nice and modern. I recommend for a quick makeover!Quick delivery and item was as described. We inherited a dining room suite but cushions on chairs were outdated. Before we paid to have them reupholstered, we thought we would try these seat covers. We are quite pleased with the result - completely transformed the look of the chairs and much less expensive than having them reupholstered! Hoping they stand up to regular wear and tear, but just ordered another set to have on hand in case needed in the future.
